Welcome to TAVO (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Please read and understand these Terms in full before using the App. Your use of the App constitutes acceptance of all provisions herein. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

I. Acceptance and Modification of Terms

Acceptance Rules: By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have fully read and expressly agree to these Terms.

Term Updates: We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Updated versions will be notified through:

In-app pop-ups or prominent notices
Official website update logs

Continued Validity: Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

II. Service Scope and Limitations

The App provides the following core functionalities:

AI-driven conversations and role-playing
Custom role creation and management
Integration with third-party AI services (e.g., OpenAI)
Voice interaction support
Conversation history storage and retrieval

2.Service Adjustments

We may adjust services for the following reasons:

Technical upgrades or functional optimizations
Legal or regulatory requirements
Force majeure (e.g., server failures)

We will provide prior notice where possible but do not guarantee permanent availability.

III. User Responsibilities and Obligations

1.Lawful Use

You agree:

Not to use the App for disseminating illegal content, infringing others’ rights, or compromising cybersecurity;
Not to engage in reverse engineering, data scraping, or other disruptive actions;
To comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2.Content Management

You assume full responsibility for:

Inputted conversation prompts or instructions
Created role configurations and associated data
Distribution and use of content generated through the App

3.API Key Management

If using third-party API keys (e.g., OpenAI):

You bear all risks and costs associated with key exposure;
You must comply with the provider’s terms (e.g., OpenAI Usage Policy);
The App provides no recourse for bans resulting from key misuse.

IV. Intellectual Property Rights

1.App Ownership

All intellectual property rights (code, interface design, trademarks, etc.) belong to the developer. Unauthorized copying, modification, or commercial use is prohibited.

2.User Content Rights

You retain ownership of self-created content (e.g., roles, chat logs) but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license for operational and technical purposes.

3.AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content may be subject to third-party terms (e.g., OpenAI’s output usage restrictions). You are responsible for compliance verification.

V. Disclaimers and Liability Limitations

1.Service Nature

The App is provided "as-is" without warranties regarding:

Uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure service;
Accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

2.Liability Exclusions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Indirect losses (e.g., lost profits, data loss);
Cascading impacts from third-party service failures;
Consequences arising from user violations of these Terms or laws.

VI. Governing Law

The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws.
